Power Interface

Power Interface Switches are used to isolate, manage and protect systems. The devices are used to turn power off and on to downstream system loads. Common purposes for using Power Interface Switches include: protecting low voltage circuitry from abnormal power supply conditions, such as mains power surges or incorrect charger adapters, conserving energy when not required or safely turning on loads to prevent system voltage or current spikes. Power Interface switches are used in any portable appliance such as Smartphone, Tablets, Wearables and USB connected products. Utilizing low resistance switches, Kinetic Technologies' wide portfolio of products consists of slew-rate controlled P-Channel MOSFET switches, uni- and bi-directional blocking switches with slew-rate control plus over-voltage protection with the option of adding 100V surge protection to IEC61000-4-5.
